The Diagnosis Changed After Our Church Prayed

My sister asked a few friends from church to pray before a follow-up scan. We were prepared for hard news, but we also asked God for peace and healing. The doctor came in smiling and said the area they had been watching looked dramatically different. There is still wisdom in treatment and follow-up care, but that day gave our family fresh courage. We left the clinic quietly thanking Jesus in the parking lot.
