After 5 Years of Prayer, My Daughter Was Healed

For five years we prayed over appointments, lab results, late nights, and the quiet fear that tried to settle over our home. Some mornings all I could pray was, Lord, help us trust You today.

At her last appointment, the doctor paused over the scans and told us the progress was far beyond what they expected. Our daughter smiled before I could even process the words. We cried in the parking lot, not because the road had been easy, but because God had been near in every step of it.

I am sharing this because someone may be praying the same prayer for a long time. The waiting did not mean God was absent. His goodness held us when the answer had not arrived yet.
